Here are the details for awarding an International Society of Worldwide Stamp Collector's Youth Merit Award certificate to be presented at your stamp exhibition. It is available free of charge, but we do request that any inquiries be made at least 4 weeks before its presentation. Our award criteria are:
1. The youth competition have a minimum of 50 pages at least 8 1/2 by 11 inches in size;
2. There be a minimum of 5 competitors entered in the youth category displaying any type of philatelic material, all of whom are under the age of 18;
3. The winning entry show a minimum of 50% worldwide (non-US) philatelic material.
Judges and the exhibit committee are free to set whatever additional qualifiers they deem necessary to bestow the award. Should your show not qualify under these conditions, please write to the address below and exceptions will be considered. We would also appreciate receiving notification of the merit award winner's name, age and exhibit title for publication in our bimonthly newsletter, "The Circuit." Send requests to:
