You do not need to be an ISWSC member to take advantage of any of these offers!
The ISWSC is dedicated to helping youngsters collect and enjoy worldwide stamps. Through the generosity of our members,
we are giving away free stamp packets to any child under age 17. All we ask is that you send us a self-addressed stamped
envelope (SASE) if you reside in the US, or an international reply coupon (IRC) if you live in another country to defray
postage expenses. A SASE is an envelope with your name and address on it, as well as a 33 cent stamp. We will use this to
send you your free stamps. Fold this envelope and include it with your request. IRCs are available at many post offices in
other nations which prepay return postage. Requests without a SASE or an IRC will not be processed.
We can also supply free stamps to school stamp clubs and other collecting groups for youngsters. Group leaders should write
to us mentioning the number of kids involved, their ages and interests. Read more details by clicking the "All About the ISWSC
" link on the ISWSC Main Page and see section 15.

Donations of duplicate stamps and/or supplies are gratefully accepted at the address above to further our outreach efforts.
One of our member dealers, Bill Kiepura (#503) wants to help kids in the US unable to find stamp hinges. Any youngster under 17 may write to him for a packet at cost. All you need to do is send $1 and a large sized #10 self-addressed stamped envelope bearing 33 cents postage. Bill in return will mail one packet of 1,000 hinges. Limit of 1 packet per request, please. Just mail $1 and your SASE to:
